Welcome to Cloud Nine Spa. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made via the website or WhatsApp.
To confirm a booking, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the service type.
Displayed prices include VAT.
Displayed prices include delivery fees.
Any promotions or discounts are valid only during the specified period.
2. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Appointments can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
If cancellation is made on the same day but at least 2 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of SAR 100 will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs within 2 hours of the appointment or in case of no-show, the full session fee will be charged.
If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will be automatically canceled, and the full session fee will be charged.
3. Services Provided
All massage and wellness services are delivered by a specialized and trained team.
Services offered are intended solely for relaxation and wellness, and do not include any illegal or inappropriate practices.
Cloud Nine Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates proper conduct or mistreats staff.
4. Health Responsibility
Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any health conditions, injuries, or medical issues prior to the session.
Cloud Nine Spa bears no responsibility for health issues or complications arising from undisclosed medical information.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Client data is collected solely for booking and service purposes.
Your personal information will not be shared with any third party except where legally required.
6. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Cloud Nine Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
